Release and Indemnification Agreement

| I hereby release His Hands Christian Ministries, Inc, Brad’s Pit BBQ, Littleton church of Christ, and any other cities or municipalities or parties named or unnamed working for or specifically associated with this road run and or show ‘n shine (event) from any liability for injury to any person or property and any other damages, losses or judgments incurred while participating in the event. By signing below I also agree that any omissions or errors in this release and agreement do not constitute release from my agreeing to assume all responsibilities and liabilities. I further attest that I have insurance for my vehicle(s) in effect, a properly licensed vehicle(s) and a driver’s license; all valid in the State of origin. I also agree to abide to the posted traffic laws. I agree that if under the age of 18, a parent or legally appointed Guardian must also sign. |
